Craver, a white-label mobile ordering platform built for independent coffee shops and quick-service restaurants, has completed the largest product update in the company’s history. Following nearly a year of development, the company has rebuilt its guest ordering experience from the ground up, creating a faster, more flexible platform designed to help independent businesses compete against big chains.
The overhaul extends beyond just a visual redesign. Every major point in the guest journey across Craver’s mobile app and web ordering experience has been completely rebuilt. Its new, modern technical foundation means that improvements can be shipped faster, and it allows merchants to make quick changes to their digital storefronts.
Their guests benefit from these improvements too. The new ordering experience removes friction from the moment they open the app. A fixed navigation bar replaces the previous hamburger menu, making it easier to browse the menu. A floating cart remains visible throughout the entire ordering process, and items are saved in their cart if a guest leaves before checking out.
Load times decrease, navigation becomes more intuitive, and the path from browsing to ordering shortens. For guests, the technical complexity disappears entirely, and what remains is the simplest possible path to placing an order.
The sign-up page has also been redesigned to better communicate the benefits of creating an account, including loyalty rewards, exclusive offers, and faster checkout. Guests can now sign in using passwordless authentication with a one-time verification code sent by email or text message, simplifying the registration process while improving convenience. All of this creates a more seamless experience for guests: less time navigating the app, more time browsing their menu and adding extras.
“We’re giving our merchants the power to offer the same technology to their guests as the big chains,” said Amin Yazdani, CEO of Craver. “A faster sign-up and a shorter path to checkout means more direct orders for our merchants.”
Craver has also introduced a redesigned rewards page that gives guests a clearer picture of available rewards and their progress toward earning them. The order confirmation page now includes live order tracking, purchase details, points earned, updated rewards balances, and merchant contact information, incentivizing repeat business and strengthening the connection between operators and their customers.
Craver is redefining the online ordering experience for both guests and operators, and will continue to update the technology that powers its apps, with further enhancements planned for release in 2027. For more information, please get in touch at [email protected].
